Rosie Slimmon

Rosie loves being outdoors with her kids! This former athlete, however, also loves strength training, functional exercises and is no stranger to hard work. Rosie will keep you moving any way that she can and whether you are an aspiring athlete or stay at home mum, Rosie will get to know you to make sure exercise becomes a valuable part of your lifestyle.

Rachel Kearns

Rachel is Geelong’s first AFLW Irish recruit and is excited to take on her fitness career in Australia. Named as an All-star full forward in 2019 and 2021 for Gaelic Football, Rachel has a strong background in soccer, boxing, basketball, and cross-country. Rachel will adapt her style to ensure you reach your goals, work hard, and have fun along the way.

Jimmy Todorovski

Jimmy believes that everyone needs to find something they enjoy to keep them motivated. For Jimmy, that’s soccer and lifting heavy weights. Through resistance training, bursts of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and well-designed programs, Jimmy will get you sweating and help you get the results you’re seeking.

Natasha Mitchell

As a yoga instructor and sports enthusiast, Natasha specializes in functional movement and mobility. Whether your goal is to increase your flexibility or your running times, Natasha will support you to achieve your dreams. Natasha values the work that you put in outside the gym that will give you balance and long-term results.

Rory McKeown

Rory comes from a professional sporting background with 15+ years in professional football in England, Scotland and Ireland. Also trained in martial arts and Olympic lifting, Rory’s array of expertise ensures he can tailor your personal training to suit your specific needs and help you work towards your individual goals! 

Abbey Brandenburg

A big believer in leading a fun and balanced lifestyle, Abbey will ensure you work hard, challenge yourself, and ENJOY your training. Abbey is excited about all aspects of training… and then having a snack! With her Cert IV in Fitness and Diploma of Sport, Abbey will tailor your training for the best results.

Jack Dalton

Jack is an Accredited Exercise Scientist with a passion for the industry that covers all aspects of health, wellbeing, and physical fitness, with particular interests in strength and conditioning and rehabilitation. Also working at Kieser Australia, Jack applies a clinical aspect to his training style to ensure he remains up to date and progressive. While Jack wants to train his clients to achieve their immediate goals, he also strives to educate and motivate them to set new goals and have a positive impact on their future health and wellbeing.
