CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODY ATTACK

Body Attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts! This class combines athletic movements like running, jumping and lunging with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.


BODY BALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life! You will bend and stretch through at series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body.


BODY PUMP

Body Pump is the workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, this class will give you a total body workout.


PILATES

Pilates is a popular body conditioning program designed for relieving stress, centering the body and strengthening the core abdominal and postural muscles. Suitable for all levels.


SPIN

An indoor cycling class that will motivate you and change the way you look and feel. Suitable for beginners.


BODY STEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is the heart of Body Step - a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs! Some Body Step classes combine the basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight-plate exercises to also work the upper body.


BUTTS N GUTS

A 45 minute class of pure toning pleasure designed to target those tricky areas, the stomach, bottom and thighs.


CARDIO BOX

A hard hitting, fast punching class designed to burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. For person hygiene reasons, please bring your own boxing gloves, which can be purchased at reception.


CIRCUIT

This 45 minute class will work the whole body with a mix of exercises and timed circuits incorporating bodyweight exercises and various equipment (free weights, kettlebells, bike). With modifications to suit all, this fun, action packed workout will challenge you, build your fitness and leave you feeling energised!


ZUMBA

The ultimate Latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, feel it to the core fitness party! This is a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away.


FIT 4 LIFE

A 45 minute low impact class including basic aerobic steps, functional movements and light toning of the body with the use of hand weights/barbells and the step. A great class to get the body moving!


FIT 4 LIFE BEGINNERS

This 45 minute low impact class is perfect for those new or returning to exercise. With a focus on movement, this class will incorporate body weight exercises and light weights - plus great music and a lot of fun!


YOGA

A full body weight loss and toning series, specifically designed to get maximum results whilst strengthening, stretching and alleviating stiffness and tightness throughout your body.
